Recently a "Recording" icon will suddenly "spontaneously" appear in the 
middle of a phone conversation and the other person will hear an 
announcement that they are being recorded.

("Spontaneously" means that I do not knowingly press anything.)

I want to complete remove any app that does this recording.  But I don't 
know what app that is.
