The Debian maintainer has now enabled CDB support (-DCDB=2) altogether
with NEWDB=5.3, but cdb doesn't show up in -d0.13 and the cdb stuff is
not available:
map access: class cdb not available
Kaccess cdb -T<TMPF> /etc/mail/access

Is that way of compilation supported?
