Nor me. My priorities for reasonable date formats are

1: ls (alias ll='ls -alog --show-control-chars --time-style="+%Y-%m-%d %H:%M:%S"')
2: emacs (no solution known, certainly some LISPie must have done that) 
much lower: alpine
