Converting Pegasus to Outlook

Hi,
I wonder if anyone has been successful in converting messages and folder structure to a PST file for use with Microsoft Outlook?

I have purchased a copy of BitRecoverPegasusConverterWizard
which promised the world but I have found:
1. It does not acknowledge the folder structure; it presents in linear format.
2. It does not show all of the messages in a folder

The customer support were puzzled by the first point but added that their software will not convert messages with the same subject name, an undeclared 'feature'! In fact I disproved this. There appeared to be no obvious reason why many messages were omitted as some got through that had identical subjects; just as you do in a conversation!   I did check that folders that had messages that continually showed up as unread after reindexing were cleaned; I moved them to the inbox and back again. The reindexing was cleared but made not a jot to the conversion process.

Needsless to say customer support have stopped talking so that's 40 pounds down the drain .... unless someone here knows different :)
