Does anyone provide domain hosting w/ 1,000,000 email accts?

Hi All,

    	I had a thought for a new business, but it would require my customers 
to have an e-mail account on my domain.  Sending an e-mail to this address 
would spark an action for them by the company.  The important thing is that 
this be the mechanism.  In other words, just having them open an account, 
and e-mail the company won't work.  They NEED their own address on my 
domain.

    	If the idea really took off, I could end up with millions of users, 
so millions of e-mail accounts.  (Why not dream big?)

    	Can this even be done?  I mean, obviously domains like gmail must 
have millions of users, but can a "guy like me" get something like this 
setup?

    	I appreciate any pointers to hosts that could provide this, or 
thoughts as to how I could do this otherwise.
