What we *do* know is that putting the word "sustainable" into a proposal makes it a lot easier for people to get funding. Even more so, further down, "Climate Change Mitigation". For better or for worse, that's how a lot of the world allocates money. By the way, thank you both for saying "CO2" and not "carbon". If I had a black balloon for every time someone talked about how much carbon was created in such-and-such, I could make my own global warming advert... ChrisA
