This community is also split. ;) Use Python 3 if you can. The best reason not to is if you have some critical library that you absolutely need and it's not yet available on 3. In which case, program as if your code base was going to run on both 2 and 3 so you can update easily once your dependency upgrades. -- ~Ethan~
