You *NEVER* stop learning.

To become a master thinker take a degree in philosophy.

On the other hand to master tkinter search for a tutorial that you can 
follow.  Or if you're feeling brave help out with tkinter or IDLE issues 
on the bug tracker at bugs.python.org :)
