I have recently made a similar experience with "Products.CMFPlacefulWorkflow". Searching for this product does not find the package but "https://pypi.python.org/pypi/Products.CMFPlacefulWorkflow" leads to the package page. Apparently, the "PyPI" search started to behave strangely. Someone may need to file a bug report.
