As far as I can tell, there's no such module in the standard library. 
If you're talking about some 3r4 party product, it'd be polite to
specify which one.

But I have no idea if that's the one you want, nor if there's any
tutorial.  Usually tutorials for obscure modules are available from the
author, or not at all.
