(And yes, 3.6 and 3.2 can happily coexist too.) After that, you'll want to use pip exclusively for installing Python modules (you can use apt-get to grab packages for your 3.2 install, but it won't do anything for your 3.6), but other than that, you should have a perfectly working system that runs the very latest in Pythons.
