When you say "this to be the best free way", to what does "this" refer? Python 
as a whole? If not, you need to be more specific.

Also, your subject line is a little vague. They're meant to convey your 
discussion topic, for example "help to automatically like photos on instagram 
by hashtag".

Anyway, could you elaborate on what ou actually need? And your Python 
background, if any.
