Precisely explain what happened when you tried the 'pip', 'get-pip.py' and 'easy-install.py' commands? Could it have been nuclear holocaust, ice cream dripping down your shirt front, something like "pip isn't recognised as a Windows command", or whatever the wording actually is, or even a Python traceback, in which case please cut and paste it, in full, here? -- My fellow Pythonistas, ask not what our language can do for you, ask what you can do for our language.
