Everyone is going with "lawyers, lawyers, lawyers...". It is not any lawyer. Most big companies and consulting firms will have lawyers that are experienced with open source licenses, some that have even fought against GPL and whatnot. So look for the correct type of lawyer. Although any lawyer should be able to digest those licenses -- to be precise, any proficient English reader -- as most of them are quite simple and short, consulting an experienced professional is safer and a better investment of your time and money. Good luck with one of the worst parts of software development.
