The IT Senior Analyst will be a member of the Stores IT Engineering team located in the Central Ohio area.  The primary function of this position will be to provide support and maintenance for our store's mobile devices and payment authorizations systems.  This candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and managing solutions for both mobile devices and our payment authorization systems. 

 

Responsibilities

•A strong candidate will be expected to maintain a strong technical understanding of device/OS functionality in numerous categories and integrate management and security into the foundation for rapidly changing vendor products
•Field project requests for mobile and payment requirements and work with project teams to recommend fiscally responsible and forward thinking solutions that balance security, management, durability, and functionality
•Maintain and administer mobile device management and security infrastructure platforms
•Maintain mobile device services including hardware certification, OS imaging, testing and certification, inventory, software distribution, and policy compliance
•Maintain and administer payment authorization services infrastructure and application
•Monitor and ensure compliance with payment card mandates and updates
•Effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other associates
•Adhere and enforce company Software Development Methodology (SDM)
•Perform application support functions including on-call support, as required
 Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in EE, MIS/CIS, Computer Science
• 3 years experience in mobile device management or payment authorization role
•Experience administering Motorola Solutions Mobility Services Platform (MSP)
•Experience with AJB Software's Retail Transaction Switch (RTS) & Fipay Payment client
•Knowledgeable about the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
• Experience managing devices and environments using:  WiFi, bluetooth, Apple IOS, Android, Windows CE, Windows Mobile
•A strong candidate has experience addressing rapidly changing mobility and payment environments and is able to effectively translate business strategies into evolutionary technical designs
•Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills
•Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem solving skills\SQL Skills (preferred)
•Personal attributes: confident, self-starter, strong work ethic, highly motivated, sense of humor, a winning 'can-do' attitude, team-oriented
