A visitor posts a request

Then

Either

They are criticized for their English when English is not their first 
language, or they are criticized for the apparent simplicity of their 
question, or they are criticized for the way they post the question or 
they are told (rudely) to RTFM or they are otherwise abused, belittled 
or insulted.

It's all there 'in the literature' as they say.
