We can certainly tell you about common practice. How much common practice follow the law is another question. My guess is that it depends on the number of cases that went to court. If there are hundreds of cases everybody know how the verdicts go. With zero cases the correlation between common practice in the IT world and the law may be very small. I have never heard about a case related to this question. Arne
