Nobody could possibly have imagined that HTTP would become such an important protocol. If people are unhappy about HTTP it's because they are trying to force the protocol to do things it was never designed to do. The fact that it *is* so flexible and extensible is surely testament to one mans vision and humanities ingenuity in general. I know we don't see eye to eye about many things Arne but that has to be one of your more absurd statements.
