In addition to that, just snooping around the web sites of Apache projects =
and other such exposes you to a whole lot of good code (and some to not-so-=
good code).  There are a gazillion open-source projects out there.  You hav=
e to decide for yourself the worthiness of each.  The best have ample docum=
entation, both operational and Javadocs, wikis, good packaging and other si=
gns of professionalism.
