When I try to update Java I get:

"bin\awt.dll: Old File not found. However a file of the same name was
found. No update done since file contents do not match."

which leads to:

"Java(TM) Update fails to apply changes to your system."

Finally

"Error 1722: There is a problem with this Windows
Installer package..."

I've gone to the Java Web site and can't figure out what to do.

What do you suggest?
