Senior Android Developer

Location: Mooresville, NC

Client: Sapient/ Lowe's

Duration: 6months+

Experience: 8+ years


Requirements:

    Excellent working experience developing and distributing Android applic=
ations using Android Studio written in Java or Kotlin.
    Other Development

    Experience and working knowledge of cloud services, or mobile backend-a=
s-a-service is an asset.

    Native user interface development for all sizes of screens, using platf=
orm components and custom views including animations;

    Unit testing, automated UI testing of mobile applications

    Mobile application security;

    Seven or more years of industry experience in mobile application archit=
ecture, software development, and software systems design;

    Experience working with designers to establish asset pipelines/workflow=
s for mobile applications;

    Experience publishing mobile applications via enterprise channels or pu=
blic app stores

    Excellent knowledge of working with dynamic data (e.g., JSON, XML) over=
 various protocols and transfer types (e.g., REST, SOAP)

One or more of the following skills would be nice to have:

    Content-management systems (traditional and/or headless)

    ORM-based data storage, SQL-style relational data, as well as non-relat=
ional persistent data storage
