Lock hotkey or mnemonic in Swing

Hi,
Do we have any simple way to lock the Hotkey action or mnemonic in a
Swing frame? When i displayed a Glass pane, I can lock focus, key,
mouse but I can't lock the hotkey and mnemonic. It will cause
unexpected problem if a glass pane display to show application in
progress and user using mnemonic or hotkey to fire action.
