At least one poster here says he uses both Eclipse and NetBeans, 
depending on what features he needs at the moment.

I wish I knew more about Eclipse (I think many employers consider it the 
more "professional" IDE), but I haven't had the chance to learn yet. 
NetBeans' Matisse seems more than adequate to me, though.
