I poked around a little and I think this is the only JRE 5 offered by IBM for windoze platforms: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/detail.page?LegacyDocID=MIGR-56888 The file is ibm-java2-jre-ibmpc-142.exe - released Feb 2006. So it's rather old.
