| Subject | ROI statitstics in IDL without using ENVI |
| From | jiimmy@gmail.com |
Hi Group, very new to IDL programming! I have an ROI found & defined grammatically (stored in an IDLanROI object) and I need to extract the minimum and median grayscale value from a couple of grayscale images using this ROI. What is the best way to go about doing this in IDL? I don't have access to ENVI unfortunately! I have tried using a binary mask of the ROI but this causes problems with stats such as the median or minimum value as there are lots of zeros about!
