Hi Elizabeth -- Thanks -- that's very helpful. Appreciate the suggestions around profiling and the examples. Win32Forth doesn't appear to have counter and timer built in, but my installation has some extras in there from Tom Zimmer such as Profile.f I'll have a play. Cheers
