Ages 17-65. Well recieved. We have used amForth in the Workshop, but also showed the TI Launchpad with CamelForth you did together with Michael Kalus. Thanks, Dirk, for making this great Forth on the TI systems available!. After the workshop we were able to hand out 2 Ardunino Board and 9 TI Launchpad preinstalled with Forth. E-Mails recieved this week indicate that the attendees continue to work with Forth at home after the workshop. Tutorials, updated books and (portable) example code (running on multiple MCU systems) would help the idea of using teaching programming through Forth. We will continue to do this workshops in 2012, mostly on Open Source conferences. Especially the TI Launchpad for approx 4 Euro has a great potential, as 4 Euro is in the budget of even younger people. -- Carsten
