Obviously.  But I believe the context was "manufacturer's preferred
assembly syntax".  I.e. the good old assemblers from DEC, IBM, Intel,
Motorola, etc, as opposed to new-fangled contraptions in Unix, GNU,
or - horrors - Forth, Lisp.
