The part that was so important here is that Richard's request was
addressed to Michael S, not to you, after Michael posted a followup with
several hundred lines of unnecessary quoted text.  Michael immediately
acknowledged the he should have been more careful.  (Michael, I'm not
trying to pick on you.)
