what you want it to do.

For instance we might want to make pornographic movies watchable but
acceptable to a censor.

However a very sophisticated AI and image-processing approach might be
beyond our ability. So what we want it to do is recognise human skin
colours and change them to black.
We'll probably find that such a simple program is too crude, blacking
out faces whilst leaving non-white girls in a state of undress. But it
might be the best that can reasonably be achieved, and might be  a lot
better than no censorship at all.
