  This group ia mainly used for VB. "VB 2010" is
VB.Net. VB and VB.Net have nothing in common
other than a general similarity in appearance and
syntax. For VB.Net you want this group:

microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb

But... Microsoft has stopped supporting their own newsgroups.
The groups are still available through other news servers, but
not as well populated as they used to be. I don't know whether
there's a non-"microsoft.public" newsgroup for .Net.

 Your other option would be to look for .Net groups in this
mess:

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/forums/en-US/categories/
http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/categories/

   But be warned: The above links go to online web forums
that are poorly designed, inconvenient to use, and moderated
by Microsoft employees. They're little more than marketing
outlets for Microsoft products.

I am not sure if this is allowed or not – if this post is against any

I am in the process of creating a open-source project to track the
Psychological Mood of a person, this application will be used by
people visiting psychologists.
Target Audience
People that are currently in therapy or want to keep track of mood
changes. The program is based on CBT.
Aims
To provide to the end-user the tools for him to be able to monitor
his
mood.
To provide to the therapist additional information for the client
through the automatic generation of graphs.
To reduce the international suicide rate.
To make this application available for everyone to use.
We are looking for some volunteers to help with Coding of the
Project.
The coding has been done in Visual Basic 2010 and currently using MS
Access 2007 as the Database.
We're aiming to develop the a feature-rich Psychological Mood Tracker
to help the end-users as much as we can.
