Cross-posted to 5 groups.
It seems that with the Microsoft Rich Text Box Control 6.0 (SP6), that it disregards what you set the OLEDragMode property to, and always operates in Automatic drag mode. This can be tested by putting a control on a form, setting the property to Manual, running and entering text in it, and then dragging the text to Word or Excel. Google searches have turned up no information on this. Does anyone have any information on this, particularly how it can be worked around, or the mode enforced? -- Michael Cole
