google is all about money.  Groups weren't making any.

Look at what they have done to YouTube.  15 second ad + another 4 second
ad (before it can be cancelled) to listen to the beginning of 3 minutes
of music to see if you even like it.  Many of the ads are woke and
insulting.  It's not worth it.
