There is apparently something wrong with the video.
I could repair it with ffmpeg:

ffmpeg -i prino-nachtdieren.h265.mp4 prino-nachtdieren.h265_new.mp4

This one plays fine in a browser.
The size has increased to 61 MB though.
I guess you could make it smaller with quality settings in ffmpeg.
However, 61 MB for a 3 min. 20 sec. 1920x1080 video is quite standard.
