I met a trouble..RMS 18.0 Slim cannot be started,

hi everybody 
i upgraded to rmanstudio 18


I opened the slim in Maya then slim's window did't appear.

But there is a slim.exe in system process.

Another "lt" is can work normally.

Batchrender also had a problem,Other renderer is normal 
but the RMS can't normal use.

there is mayaRenderLog content
