this file: https://filetea.me/t1soXxvuZ6VQ92ockFl2a8XWA seems to be not a standard bmp file. hex editor and reference material say it is a 640x428 16bpp bmp with a compression type that is not documented. windows and gimp will not open it. found in husband's laptop. could he be hiding something -- porn maybe -- using an odd variant format that few paint programs read? what might read this type of bmp?
