I am creating meteogram plots such as https://cansac.dri.edu/MetGiver.php?model=wrf&site=Lovelock&forecast=2019040812

and they work fine on one computer but when I run it on another the plots look like this:
https://cansac.dri.edu/Data/WRF-4km/2019040900/Visalia_met.png

I am using the same script and tried versions 4.0.0 (as on the computer that it works on), 4.6.2, and the latest version 5, all with the same result.

Any help appreciated.
Thanks!
