File charges against Perfect World Entertainment (regarding STO account bans)

Hello,

Perfect World Entertainment today (14 november 2014) banned multiple of my 
Star Trek Online
accounts.

(Possibly based on my IP address, maybe during log-in. Perhaps I still have 
some other accounts to access my digital goods, but I fear the worst).

Previously they already banned my Skybuck and Twiki account. Now they also 
banned LukeSkywalker300, Pythotron and Buckrogers2000. I have two others but 
not checked yet.

The Skybuck account itself I would value at 80.000 dollars because of 
invested time, but also goods/stuff. I would not have sold it for less. But 
that's what I value it.

However the other accounts have a total value of 5.000.000.000 energy 
credits. That is currently about 2000 dollars. (2.500.000 ec = 1 dollar). 
This is real value, based on what others/the market values it at.

(Fortunately I recorded my digital value/goods with a digital camera 
yesterday or the day before that, so I can prove it too, I suspect Perfect 
World Entertainment might be deleting my accounts/digital goods in an 
attempt to destroy evidence).

No reason has been given for these latest account bans, no mails, nothing.

Their terms of service is questionable:

In particular 4.12:

"
4.11 Termination of your Account also entails the termination of the license
to use the Service and Proprietary Materials, or any part thereof.

4.12 Please note that regardless of any notice, we reserve the right to
discontinue the Service or to terminate or suspend your Account at any time
in our sole discretion, for any reason, or for no reason.
"

I believe this is criminal behaviour. They should not be allowed to destroy 
digital value just like that.

My question is:

Would it be usefull to file charges against this company at the police ?

Let this at least be a warning to "free to play" players and also "payed to 
play" players that this company is bad and is involved in dark activities.

This is the darkest behaviour I have seen on the internet to this day, 
therefore I do feel that it is warrented to take action against this company 
to set an example that this kind of behaviour is not tolerated on the 
internet.

I therefore make myself and my evidence available for any possible lawsuit 
against this company. If a lawyer believes that there could be profit in 
sueing this company and or perhaps CBS and the lawyer wants to work for free 
and is not associated/affiliated with the gaming industry in anyway then I 
will happily work together with you.
