The problem is in my floppy-drive code, that works in AppleWin because it's not cycle-exact.
I should have checked MAME at the time - it clearly doesn't work there.
I will fix it.

Since the "ProDOS" version works (it's really not using ProDOS at all once the game starts loading - it's all ProRWTS code), then it's not the decompression code.
