I figured out I was handling mixer device names incorrectly and it was basically breaking sound in Windows as a result (DOH!) so that is now fixed.  Also JonCo asked (very nicely) for proper midi-out support and now you can do just that.  Anyone wanting to play the Ultima-V soundtrack through an external synthesizer like the old days can do it with Jace too. :D

If anyone wants proper Midi-IN support please open an issue in github for that feature as well as some links to software I can use for testing the midi-in feature to be sure I got it right.
