Because "editor" to me is a text editor, and I was thinking of the one I use, Libre Office Writer. Ok, a word processor. You posted in three groups, the answers do not have to be limited to one operating system. I said I never "edit" on Android. Meaning Libre Office Writer, or Microsoft Word. You did not say till today that you were editing maps in the woods without internet. And no, I never felt the need to edit maps on the phone. I just view them with an app, typically OSMand+. -- Cheers, Carlos.
