"Not Getting LOS ALARM" on some of the T1E1 ports

Hi Guys,

I am working DS26528. I am not getting proper "LOS" alarm on some of the T1E1
ports. However, when i reset LIU , i get LOF for those problematic ports. 


Any hints will be appreciable.
