I have uninstalled Adobe Flash Player 12 and then downloaded the flash player directly from Adobe but still for days the bright yellow banner proclaiming "could not load Shockwave Flash" appearing when we open Google Chrome has been driving my wife and I into outright anger. I have work accumulating on our Windows 7 PC but have wasted the entire morning trying to rid ourselves of this banner, with no success. I have seen "solutions" which do not solve the problem, I reinstalled Google Chrome, wandered in labryinths. I have been amazed that Google has not solved this Shockwave Flash problem dating way back. I have the same confidence in Microsoft as I would have in Charles Manson released from prison in Californis BUT I may have to migrate to Bing by default if someone in or around Google cannot help me solve this problem.
