Job details:- Title: Stratus Consultant Location: Marietta, GA Duration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extension Job Description:- Job Roles / Responsibilities: • Application troubleshooting and problem solving. • Research issues related to failed or failing credit and debit card authorizations. • Provide 24 x 7 coverage for the Compass Application. This includes on-call responsibility as well as off-hours, weekend and Holiday support. Coverage is managed in a rotation among the team members. • Execution and analysis of numerous Audits and traces. • Creation of CRs for Audits/Traces and periodic support functions. • Installation of code releases and modifications provided by the Applications Development team. • iPLAN creation and review. • Strong communication skills. • All of the above requires timely response, professional interaction and communications with numerous teams including the Command Center (Operations), Application Development, Implementation Managers, Relationship Managers, Clients and Sr. Level management Must Have Skills: •Specialist of Stratus hardware and VOS operating systems Desired Skills: • best in class” for Stratus/ VOS platform.
