Not clear to me what you are asking for. There are utilities that take compiled code as input and produce source code as output; these are generally referred to as "decompilers". Given that you said "uncompile" -- not "DEcompile" and your request would indicate that you want this operation to be performed on *source* code *not compiled* code, I think you may be looking for something like "DECATALOG" and/or a way to remove the compiled code, leaving only the source code remaining.
