from the UniVerse Documentation:
DECATALOG
The DECATALOG command removes a locally cataloged program. It deletes
the object code and removes the catalog entry from the user=E2=80=99s VOC f=
ile. It has
the following syntax:
DECATALOG [filename [[program]]
filename and program can contain only ASCII characters, no multibyte
characters.
