I really don't know what what universe you live in, but most of the rest of us have finite time and funding and design systems to work well given what we have. BTW - A "poor system" would be one (as I have seen in my travels) where there are no backups, no config management and no disaster recovery. The systems I have mentioned met all their design goals and were properly maintained and backup up - something that doesn't happen in a lot of places I've come across. So save your condescending comments for places that deserve it. -- Tim Watts
