Verify that sufficient permissions have been granted and Windows User Account Control (UAC) restrictions have been addressed" OK - UAC is off. It turns out the Content Manager build subdirectories under the Home and the users can access and run reports if the user enters the full url to the subdirectory. The user only gets the error accessing RS HOME. At the Home level Domain\Domain Users have access per security panel. Any suggestions on what to check? -- Mark --
