Help!! Nance Nance, I would start with making sure you have a printer assigned on the affected computer. If you have some code in the OnOpen event of the Report it would keep you from opening the report directly from the navigation pane. Stick a break in the button code that opens the report and step through the process to see if you can find anything. Rick
