Making a drop-down list with values from a field.

1. Filemaker sorts the list alphabetically. Is here a way to get it to 
not sort and use values in the order they come? (Not a deal-breaker, but 
potentially useful.)

2. The list opens down about three inches, showing only about a third of 
the items in the value list. Is there a way to extend the box? (Again, 
not  crucial, but convenient. Saves a click on the scroll bar.)
